Delivery and return terms

These terms are a translation for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy, the Finnish terms prevail.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Payment is made when you place the order, securely through our payment service provider (for example card payment or MobilePay).

Delivery

Delivery is free within Finland. PORO is currently sold as a pre-order: payment is charged when you order and the first edition is delivered in approximately September–October 2026. You will receive a tracking code by email when your parcel is dispatched.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Please notify us of the withdrawal by email at info@boardgameboys.fi before returning the product.

The returned product must be in substantially the same condition as when you received it. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the return or proof that it has been sent.

If delivery of a pre-order is substantially delayed, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Faulty or damaged products

If the product was damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please get in touch as soon as possible — we will replace the product or refund your payment.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute concerning your purchase cannot be settled through negotiation between the parties, a consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Before doing so, it is worth contacting the Consumer Advisory Service. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
