Payment and delivery

This text is a translation for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy, the Finnish version prevails.

Payment methods

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. You are taken to Stripe's secure checkout, and card details never pass through poroo.fi at any point.

• Card payment — Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard
• MobilePay
• Apple Pay and Google Pay — on devices that support them

The available methods are shown at checkout. Payment is charged when you place the order. We do not offer invoicing or instalment payment.

All prices include VAT (25.5%). The billing currency is the euro.

Discount codes

A discount code is entered in the shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. One code may be used per order, and a code cannot be added afterwards.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery is free of charge within Finland. We currently ship to Finland only.

The delivery address and a phone number are collected at checkout. The phone number is needed for the pickup notification.

Delivery time

PORO is currently sold as a pre-order: the first edition is at the printer. Payment is charged when you order and the order is delivered in approximately September–October 2026.

When your shipment is on its way you will receive an email notification with a tracking code. Once the first edition is in stock we will move to a normal 3–5 business day dispatch time and update this page.

Collecting your parcel

Please collect your parcel from the pickup point within its storage period. A fee of €15 is charged for an uncollected shipment — it covers the round-trip shipping and handling costs. If you are unable to collect the parcel, contact info@boardgameboys.fi before the storage period ends.

Returns

Orders carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. A handling fee of €5 is charged for a return and deducted from the refund. See the return instructions and the delivery and return terms.
