The story of Poro
Everything good starts at a table people want to come back to.

A couple of dice, a few friends —
and an evening that stretched on.
The first game was played almost ten years ago. No rulebook, no plans — the only goal was to make a good evening better. Nobody knew yet what kind of tradition had just been born.
01 A tradition takes hold
A game that always turned the evening into a party.
It came along to parties, gatherings and summer cabins. When someone said ”shall we play a round”, everybody knew what that meant — and it was never just the one round.
02 Northern evenings
Dice, the glow of the northern lights and
the jingle of reindeer bells.
The dark, magical evenings of the north gave the game an entirely new flavour. In Lapland, evenings lit by the aurora made you forget the clock and every needless worry. That feeling is exactly what we wanted to build Poro out of.
03 Why a reindeer?
An animal that always
finds its way home.
A reindeer travels a long way without tiring and finds its way home even in the darkest winter.
In the same way, this game has travelled with us into our most memorable evenings with friends.
04 An invitation
Now it is time to invite everyone else
to the same table.
We know what it feels like when a game turns into an evening and an evening turns into a memory.
We hope that same feeling — the rattle of dice, the shouts of delight and the moment when nobody is watching the clock — finds its way to your table too.
Gather a herd of friends, pick up the dice
and make evenings worth remembering.
