Our customer service works by email. Write to us:

We usually reply within 1–3 business days. We are a small game maker and do not run a phone service — email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us.

When your question is about an order

You will speed things up by including:

• the name the order was placed under
• the order number from your order confirmation
• and what it is about (return, delivery, faulty product…)

Send the message from the same email address used to place the order. That way we can match the message to the order without disclosing order details to the wrong person. Return instructions and the return address are always sent to that address — see Returns.
